Amid concerns of the spread of the coronavirus COVID-19, Atwood Management is taking precautions to ensure the health and safety of our property owners, residents and staff. We are closely monitoring the latest reports from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and have plans in place to minimize disruption as we remain committed to serving you effectively and safely.
Atwood Management Office Temporarily Closed
Out of an abundance of caution, Atwood Management is serving owners and residents virtually to help flatten the curve for COVID-19. We temporarily closed our office on March 16 in the interest of limiting the spread of coronavirus.
Atwood Management continues to serve our owners and residents. Our 38 team members are working from home, using email, phone calls and other digital tools to serve our clients and customers. Our maintenance team is responding to issues based on level of urgency.
With Minnesota now under a “shelter-in-place” order, Atwood Management won’t be conducting in-person meetings, lease signings or showings. We appreciate your understanding.
However, Atwood Management is designated as an essential business providing critical infrastructure pursuant to Minnesota Emergency Executive Order 20-20 and guidance by the Cybersecurity and Critical Infrastructure Agency (“CISA”) of the U.S. Dept. of Homeland Security. Which means we are still fully operational and here to help.
Rest assured, our team is committed to supporting the needs of our owners and residents during this time. We are just a phone call or email away and are ready to help you.
We are taking these steps to prevent the spread of COVID-19, with the health and wellbeing of our owners, residents, team members and the community we serve as a top priority.
We will continue to evaluate the situation and monitor recommendations from the CDC and government agencies in determining the best time to reopen our office locations.
